Terms of Service
Last updated: September 15, 2026
These Terms of Service are a general template provided for informational purposes only. They should be reviewed and adapted by qualified legal counsel, including the governing-law and jurisdiction provisions, before the site launches.
Welcome to PLOOME Institute. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PLOOME Institute website, content, and services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by PLOOME Pelvic Education Institute ("PLOOME," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in the "Changes to These Terms" section below.
2. Description of the Service
PLOOME provides pelvic education. This includes educational content, articles, and videos; the 28-Day Method, a structured educational program combining daily lessons and weekly live cohort sessions; and consultation calls to help determine whether the program is a fit for your situation. The Services are educational in nature and are intended to teach how the pelvic floor works and how to train it.
3. Medical Disclaimer
PLOOME provides education, not medical care. The content and Services are for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for the advice of a qualified physician, pelvic floor physical therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider.
Always seek the advice of your physician or a qualified pelvic floor professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or symptoms, and before beginning any exercise or training program. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or seen through the Services. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.
If what you are experiencing needs medical evaluation, we will tell you and point you toward appropriate care. Your use of the Services does not create a doctor-patient or therapist-patient relationship.
4. Eligibility
The Services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or to purchase any program. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content made available through the Services — including text, graphics, logos, the PLOOME name and brand, video, curriculum, lesson materials, and the design and structure of the 28-Day Method — is owned by PLOOME or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any of this content without our prior written permission. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Copy, share, resell, or redistribute program materials or account access;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; or
- Upload or transmit any harmful code, or use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others.
7. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds
Certain Services or programs may require payment. Prices, features, and program details are described at the point of purchase and may change over time. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees. Any refund or cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase; except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and their terms apply to those transactions.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to, or embed content from, third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular result or outcome will be achieved. Individual results vary.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLOOME and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PLOOME and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Governing Law

These Terms are generally governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where the mandatory law of your place of residence provides otherwise. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties will aim to resolve it in a court of competent jurisdiction, with Wyoming courts as the intended venue.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Services.
